Dr. Andrew Pecora is the founder and former director of the John Thauer Comprehensive Cancer Center, an NCI-designated cancer care facility in New Jersey. An internationally recognized expert in cellular therapy and cancer immunology, he has played a role in many of the field’s pivotal studies, including the positive Phase 3 INTerpath-001 trial, which confirmed the benefit of a personalized mRNA vaccine in combination with Keytruda for patients with advanced melanoma.

Dr. Pecora is the founder and CEO of COTA, a real-world data analytics company whose datasets have contributed to 17 international patents in work supporting the FDA, and the founder and CEO of OMI, a point-of-care decision support company that helps specialty physicians transition to value-based care. He also chaired and served as CEO of Progenitor Cell Therapy, a cGMP cell manufacturing company that produced cell therapies for Phase 1 through Phase 3 trials and was issued more than 50 international patents.
