Dr. Greg Nowakowski is Head of the Early Development Organization at Daiichi Sankyo, where he leads the company’s global oncology and non-oncology development portfolio and oversees early clinical science, translational strategy, clinical development, predictive biomarkers, regulatory strategy, and the transition from early- to late-stage programs. He previously served as Professor of Medicine and Oncology and Deputy Director of the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center, with enterprise-wide leadership responsibilities.

An internationally recognized leader in oncology novel therapeutics and clinical trial design and conduct, Dr. Nowakowski has authored more than 300 scientific articles. He is a former voting member of the Oncology Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
