Jaclyn Cleveland is Vice President of Program and Alliance Management with more than 25 years of experience driving operational excellence across clinical development programs. She began her career in the laboratory where she spent over a decade in drug discovery, process development, and GMP manufacturing before transitioning into program and strategic management. Over the past 10+ years she has led complex clinical initiatives, translating strategic visions into actionable operational plans that drive efficiency, accountability, and results. Her hands-on scientific foundation continues to shape her approach by providing a deep understanding of the nuances, interdependencies, and feasibility considerations that directly impact program success while enabling her to engage stakeholders with credibility and clarity.
Prior to joining Nouveau Biosciences, Jaclyn held several multi-disciplinary and leadership roles at Elevation Oncology, Q2 Solutions, Precision Biosciences, and Argos Therapeutics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from North Carolina State University.
