[NEW YORK, September 22, 2026] — Nouveau Biosciences, a biotechnology company developing precision-targeted nanomedicines for cancer, today announced the appointment of Andrew L. Pecora, M.D., FACP, CPE, as Chairman of its Scientific Advisory Board.
Dr. Pecora is a nationally recognized oncologist, scientist, healthcare innovator and entrepreneur whose career has spanned cancer medicine, blood and marrow stem-cell transplantation, cellular therapy, immunology and precision medicine. Over more than three decades, he has helped advance new approaches to cancer treatment while building clinical and research organizations designed to translate scientific innovation into better care for patients.
Dr. Pecora was the founder of the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, which he helped build into one of the nation’s leading cancer programs. His scientific work has included the clinical evaluation of cancer vaccines, cellular therapies, targeted agents and other novel approaches to cancer treatment, as well as the laboratory and clinical development of engineered blood and marrow stem-cell grafts for transplantation and regenerative medicine.

As Chairman of Nouveau’s Scientific Advisory Board, Dr. Pecora will provide strategic scientific and clinical guidance as the company advances its precision oncology platform and pipeline. His experience spanning translational research, clinical development, cellular medicine, healthcare data and the delivery of cancer care is closely aligned with Nouveau’s strategy of integrating multiple scientific disciplines to develop differentiated therapeutics.
